Wien – Karoline Edtstadler (ÖVP) hat Bundeskanzler Sebastian Kurz (ÖVP) nach ihrer Ernennung zur Ministerin für EU und Verfassung gefragt, ob sie ein Foto mit ihm machen könne. Das sagte Edtstadler in einem Interview mit dem Magazin "News". "Ich bin sehr dankbar und stolz, diese Aufgabe übernehmen zu dürfen", meinte sie dazu.

"Ich habe Sebastian Kurz nach meiner Ernennung gefragt, ob wir ein Foto zusammen machen können. Das war ein Moment, den ich mir gerne für immer in Erinnerung behalten möchte", so Edtstadler. "Ich bin sehr dankbar und stolz, diese Aufgabe übernehmen zu dürfen."

Edtstadler hat in ihrer neuen Funktion als Ministerin für EU und Verfassung unter anderem die Koordination der Europapolitik sowie die Weiterentwicklung der Bundesverfassung zu verantworten.
